Well hello, and Happy New Year! It is the first day of the Year of the Ram, and if you are wondering how to celebrate this most auspicious day, might I suggest a few dumplings in your bowl.
It’s tradition, after all, though I am hard pressed to find a day on any calendar in which I would ever turn these little guys down…
No recipe today, as I am working on a few for the near future that are taking up much of my free time. So, these came straight out of one of my favorite markets.
